    Lisa Pelloni

    Lisa Pelloni began her career in property management in 1991 as a leasing consultant with Quarterdeck Apartments located in Charleston, SC. She progressed through the company and later became the assistant manager and progressed further to be the regional trainer for the south east. In 1994, Ms. Pelloni transitioned to Darby Development Co., Inc. to become the Property Manager for Sawbranch Apartments and later the larger Brackenbrook Apartments.  Ms. Pelloni became the Regional Property Manager for Churchill Forge Properties in 1997, supervising the management of eleven multifamily apartment communities totaling 2152 units. In 2002, Ms. Pelloni joined her husband at PELCO Construction and has spent the past few years contributing to the growth of the company.
    Ms. Pelloni’s licenses and designations include a PMIC license from the SC Real Estate Commission and a CAM designation from the National Apartment Association.  Ms. Pelloni continues to participate in the National apartment Association and on a local level with the Charleston Apartment Association, so as to continue her education and learning for you the property owner.  The National Apartment Association, a colition of thousands of apartment and independent rental owners throughout the country, offers valuable learning opportunities through their IRO, Independent Rental Owner, curriculum, and Ms. Pelloni is proud to seek out and to participate. 
    Ms. Pelloni has served the Charleston Apartment Association in many capacities over her career, including holding seats on the Board of Directors, Education Committee, Newsletter Committee and as Co-chairperson for the Operation Home Committee. In 1999, she received an award for the Direct Member of the Year for the Charleston Apartment Association. Ms. Pelloni feels strongly about the association and knows her affiliation with it allows her to stay current with the area’s market and its trends.
